Founded by Melissa Velez back in 2016, we’re a professional Mental Health Billing Service that’s proud to offer our services to clients throughout New Britain and the surrounding area. Melissa having over 20 years of billing experience, specializing in Psychotherapy (Behavioral Health) also has experience with single and multi specialty practices which include psychiatry, hospital settings, and more. Great service exudes from Melissa’s passion to assist clients from performing billing functions including claim submissions, post payments, claim follow-up, patient statements, and all aspects of the billing process so that you can focus your attention on more important matters, such as giving your patients the best care. Melissa builds one on one relationships with all her clients by visiting them at least once a month to ensure they are receiving the services promised.
